(Korean Abstract) |
균형의 안정적인 유지를 위한 조건 중 신경학적인 조건에서 다양한 감각 중 온, 냉, 고유수용성 감각자극 시 균형에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 볼 뿐만 아니라 어떠한 감각자극이 균형능력을 더 효율적으로 향상시킬 수 있는지에 대하여 기립자세를 유지할 수 있는 필수적인 감각정보를 제공하는 발목관절 부위에 3가지의 감각들을 적용하여 BT4를 통하여 균형을 측정하였다. 정적균형은 모든 감각중재에서 눈을 뜬 상태에서의 압력중심점의 동요거리 (SLEO) 는 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 동적균형은 좌측 및 우측안정성 한계(LOS Rightward, Leftward)에서 유의미한 차이를 보였다. |

(English Abstract) |
Objectives :This study was conducted to find out the effects of cryotherapy, thermotherapy, and kinesio tapping on ankle joints on the change of balance ability during sensory stimulation. Methods : After applying cryotherapy, thermotherapy and on kinesio tapping, changes in SAEO, SLEO, LOS forward, Reward, Rightward and Leftward were measured using BT4. Results : In all treatments, SLEO showed significant results, thermotherapy showed significant differences in LOS Reward, Rightward, Leftward, and cryotherapy showed significant differences in LOS Rightward, Leftward and Kinesio Tapping showed significant differences in LOS Rightward, Leftward. |
